Enthusiastic customers are the best marketing in the world, because nowadays nobody pays attention to advertising. And even if your customer remembers the spot or advertisement, it doesn't mean that your customer will buy the product.


But then what is selling products today?

Well - if your customers say: This is the best product you can get.

To achieve this, it takes more than a fabulous product.

The time for product and feature focus is over. To make your business successful, you need to fall in love with your customer, not with your product or service.

It has to be products that make your customer feel seen and appreciated in their needs. Pick him up at the point where he stands and orientate yourself on what your customer really needs and how he wants to experience the product. The decisive factor for success is not what is sensible and logical, but how your product intuitively and logically fits into your customer's experience.


Easier said than done? That's right. Taking this new perspective requires leaving established paths. That is always exhausting. Nevertheless, there is good news:


Customer focus is a science - and therefore learnable. It works according to clear rules which - when used correctly - will reliably hit your target.
